Complaints Process: We shall provide our customers with three primary methods to log a complaint with ourselves, the first shall be via E-mail to a registered E-mail Address, the second shall be in writing via the postal service and the final option shall be via telephone to our offices. In Writing: A complaint should be received by postal service and should be addressed to: Complaints Department Complainants should include the following items in their Letter:
By Telephone: If the complainant wishes to complain via Telephone, then the number to Contact is 0845 680 9471, The complainant should ask to speak to either Gill Smith or Nick Down, the operator on the telephone will ask the following questions:
General: The complainant will receive an acknowledgement of your complaint within 48 hours Should the complainant lodge a complaint by any other means, this will not comply with our policy and will not be responded to. We have a policy to respond to any complaint within seven days, the response will be in writing either by E-mail or by Postal Service. Copies of customer complains will be held on file for a period of 2 years to allow inspection by our auditors. If you are unhappy with the response you can object in writing to Mr. Nick Down (Director) at the above address. Where a valid complaint is received we shall aim to offer a resolve within 7 working days, unless stated otherwise.
